Green Tea as a Herbal

Green Tea contains larger amounts of healing nutrients, including twice as much vitamin C, more than  twice the amount of bioflavonoid activity, and six times the antioxidant properties of black tea. Green Tea is highly enzyme-active for weight loss. It is a good fasting tea, providing energy support and clearer thinking during cleansing. In addition, Green Tea is a vasodilator and smooth muscle relaxer with theophylline for bronchial dilation against asthma.

A study done in Japan shows drinking Green Tea protects people from stomach, skin, and lung cancers show a low incidence of these cancers. I havn't read any bad health problems from Green Tea, or from any Tea really. I drink a hot cup of Green Tea once a day, usually at night.   1. I love reading these "herbal, botanical, and supp." blogs. I keep learning new things and I want to start taking in more of there herbs, etc. I love tea, including green tea! I knew of the many health benefits, but I did not know about the green tea bath, sounds interesting...

  2. I too drink a cup of tea everyday! It was so interesting to see the benefits of it again and learn a few new ones. It's funny to think that something so simple as green tea can help keep us healthy is so many different ways.
